Store

Every store on the platform is independently configured — its own identity, its own domains, its own languages, currencies, and feature set. The Store module controls all of it. Changes to store configuration take effect immediately, with no redeployment and no downtime.

General#

Store name, legal business name, and contact details (email, phone, business address). These are used across the platform for receipts, notification footers, tax documents, and legal compliance disclosures.

Domains#

Every store is accessible via its platform-assigned subdomain from provisioning. Additional custom domains can be configured to serve the storefront from any domain the merchant controls.

Each custom domain goes through a verification and SSL provisioning step before going live. The platform handles certificate issuance automatically once the merchant has added the required DNS record. Multiple custom domains can be active simultaneously; one is designated primary.

Locales#

Configure which languages the store supports and set the default locale. The default locale is used as the fallback when no matching translation is available for a given piece of content.

Supported locales are propagated to the catalog, storefront, and communication services — enabling product names, descriptions, and notification messages to be delivered in the shopper’s language.

Currencies#

Configure which currencies the store accepts and set the store’s base currency. The base currency is used for all internal pricing, reporting, and financial records.

Timezone#

The store timezone governs order timestamps, scheduled publishing windows, campaign scheduling, and reporting periods. It defaults to UTC and should be set to the timezone of the store’s primary operating location.

Plan and Features#

The store’s subscription plan determines which platform features are available. Feature availability is evaluated at runtime — enabling or disabling a feature takes effect immediately without requiring a store republish or deployment.

Individual feature flags can be toggled independently of the plan by a platform admin, allowing early access or temporary restriction of specific capabilities.
